After a 17 year career in marketing, branding, and strategy at Fortune 500 and startup tech companies, I shifted focus to building things closer to home.
I built and scaled my physician wife’s private practice into a 13-clinician group with accelerating seven-figure annual revenue. The challenges we navigated are strikingly common across private practices, and I now work closely with other physicians to grow their practices. I take on 2–3 clients per month, primarily by referral.

Projects include copy, design, logo creation, basic SEO, integrations (e.g. online scheduling), & hand-off training.
Rates: contingent on scope & complexity. Projects start at $3,250.
YOUR ONLINE PRESENCE (SEO)
Get found by the right patients at the right time through Google search, ChatGPT, etc.
Typical scope includes improving site structure & speed, refining content, identifying high-value search terms, creating targeted pages, strengthening directory listings, and more.
Rates: contingent on scope. Projects start at $2,150.
MARKETING YOUR PRACTICE
Grow awareness of your practice & convert more patients via a mix of proven tactics.
Work begins with a clear understanding of your goals & market, followed by a targeted plan that prioritizes the highest-impact channels and executes/measures what’s needed.
Rates: engagements are hourly or via monthly retainer, depending on scope.. Starts at $225/hr.
RUNNING AN EFFICIENT PRACTICE
Minimize admin time lost by geting more out of your practice workflows via templates, automation, and tech tools.
Projects involve “embedded” time with your day to day to identify opportunities & implement key changes.
Rates: engagements are hourly or via monthly retainer, depending on scope.. Starts at $225/hr.
